The photo is undated, but we think Cicero was born in the 1860s, and he appears to be in his 30s or 40s in this picture, suggesting the photo was taken around 1900.
I am the webmaster of the Luther Family Association and my gr-gr grandfather was Hezekiah Luther of Live Oak, CA (through his son Everett.) The information that I have on record in many locations is that Hezikah Luther’s wife was Laura Belle Drew (not “Jane”) – if you have information to show “Jane” as a given middle name I’d be interested in seeing it!
